Paul P Hardy: Ohio, United States; Paul has had a long and distinguished 19 year training career which began in the United States Marine Corps as a Crew Chief and Gunner on CH-53 helicopers. Paul is a veteran of Desert Storm and after leaving the Corps, he maintained an 12 year residence in Hawaii. It was in Hawaii where he began his career in the auto industry. Paul's vast dealership experience touches all aspects of the operation. Notably in roles as Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, F&I Operations and Sales Manager. After 8 years in the car business, Paul went a different direction and became an insurance agent. Beginning as an agent and then advancing to a Regional Agent, starting agencies on both The Big Island and Oahu. Paul now lives in Kent, Ohio with his 3 children and wife. With Ohio as his “home-base“, Paul provides training and recruiting services to his local loyal client-base and also travels Nationally in his career with AutoMax. He has trained thousands of sought-after salespeople for the auto industry. Many Graduates stay in touch with Paul, sharing their career highlights and successes.
